HUMBLE PEOPLE PRAISE OTHERS AND NOT THEMSELVES
Let another man praise you, and not your own mouth; a stranger not your own lips. Proverbs 27:2 Have you ever met people who love to talk about themselves? People who can hold a conversation from start to finish just talking about themselves. They wouldn’t talk about anything that concerns the person that they are communicating with. That is not wisdom and that is not humility. Humble people don’t praise themselves. They shift the focus from themselves to others in order to bring out the best in others. Humble people love to praise others and not themselves. Humble people encourage, compliment and speak well of others in their conversations. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one. Colossians 4:6 Uplift and speak well of others in your conversations.
