When you give first fruits, pay tithes, give offerings and partner with ministries, you direct your heart to be in the things of God. Your heart will follow your treasure. People who can hold a conversation from start to finish just talking about themselves. They wouldn’t talk about anything that concerns the person that they are communicating with. That is not wisdom and that is not humility. Humble people don’t praise themselves. They shift the focus from themselves to others in order to bring out the best in others. Humble people love to praise others and not themselves. Humble people encourage, compliment and speak well of others in their conversations.
