BE LED BY THE SPIRIT

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.

Romans 8:14

We are no longer under the law but under grace, and we are in the dispensation of the Holy Spirit. We should yield to the Holy Spirit and be led by the Spirit.

When you are born again, you can hear the voice of the Holy Spirit and follow His leading. You just need to know how to be sensitive to His voice. You become sensitive to His voice by praying in the Spirit and meditating on the Word.

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”

John 10:1-5

When you are His sheep, you know His voice and He is your good Shepherd and you follow Him. Spend time with Him every day and He will lead you every day. You are in a relationship with God, you talk to Him and He talks to you.

Yield to the Spirit and follow His leading and you will end up at the right place at the right time. When you are at the right place at the right time you find yourself in God’s perfect will.

When you are in God’s perfect will, all is well, there is no lack. In God’s perfect will, there is love, peace and joy. Everything you need is in God’s perfect will! You shall not want in God’s perfect will!

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

Psalm 23:1

Thought of the day: When I follow the Holy Spirit I shall not want.

Confession: I’m lead by the Holy Spirit. My steps are ordered by the Lord.

WAGE WAR WITH PROPHECY

This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare. 1 Timothy 1:18 If you have a prophecy spoken over your life it is time for warfare. It is time to wage war with your prophecy. Take the prophecy spoken over you and put it in your mouth. Speak the same prophecy over your life. Agree with God. Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? Amos 3:3 Speak the same things with God. That is faith, faith speaks the same things with God and we overcome by our faith. Faith will put you over and it will make you an overcomer. Use your faith to wage war. And whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that overcomes the world – our faith. 1 John 5:4 Put up a good fight and fight the good fight of faith. You have to fight in order to win. Wage war with prophecy. GOD REWARDS RIGHTEOUS LIVING

The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me. 2 Samuel 22:21 Righteousness according to the Old Testament is righteous living. However, in the New Testament we have received the righteousness which is by faith in Jesus Christ. When David in the Old Testament said that the LORD rewarded him according to his righteousness, he is essentially saying that the LORD rewarded him for his righteous living. Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Isaiah 3:10 The above Scripture would then mean: “Say to those who live righteously that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.” God rewards righteous living. It doesn’t matter where you find yourself right now, if you would continue living righteously, living according to God’s Word sooner than later your life would begin to change. You can turn things around as you live righteously.
