UPGRADE YOUR MIND

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Romans 12:2

When you renew your mind, you upgrade your mind and when you upgrade your mind, you upgrade your life. You can change the way that you think and when you change the way that you think you change your life.

Before you got born again, you had a certain thought-pattern; you held certain views that may not necessarily be correct. However, when you got born again some of those views may have not changed.

These views may keep you from making progress in your life. Henceforth, you need to renew your mind and change your thinking. You need a mental upgrade! You need to engage in exercises that deal with the mind.

The Word, prayer and reading the right books are some of the exercises that will help you renew or upgrade your mind. You need godly influence on your mind that will bring down strongholds or wrong thinking patterns in your mind.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.

2 Corinthians 10:4-5

When you upgrade your mind, you can accomplish your dreams and make tremendous impact. Your mind has enormous potential, if you would put your mind to use, you could change the world.

If you upgrade your mind, you can be a pace setter, a history maker and a world changer. You have the mind of Christ endeavor to put it to good use.

For “who has known the mind of the LORD that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

1 Corinthians 2:16

Thought of the day: When I upgrade my mind, I upgrade my life.

WAGE WAR WITH PROPHECY

This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare. 1 Timothy 1:18 If you have a prophecy spoken over your life it is time for warfare. It is time to wage war with your prophecy. Take the prophecy spoken over you and put it in your mouth. Speak the same prophecy over your life. Agree with God. Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? Amos 3:3 Speak the same things with God. That is faith, faith speaks the same things with God and we overcome by our faith. Faith will put you over and it will make you an overcomer. Use your faith to wage war. And whatever is born of God overcomes the world. GOD REWARDS RIGHTEOUS LIVING

The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me. 2 Samuel 22:21 Righteousness according to the Old Testament is righteous living. However, in the New Testament we have received the righteousness which is by faith in Jesus Christ. When David in the Old Testament said that the LORD rewarded him according to his righteousness, he is essentially saying that the LORD rewarded him for his righteous living. Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Isaiah 3:10 The above Scripture would then mean: “Say to those who live righteously that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.” God rewards righteous living. It doesn’t matter where you find yourself right now, if you would continue living righteously, living according to God’s Word sooner than later your life would begin to change. You can turn things around as you live righteously.
