DON’T HOLD BACK

How I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, and taught you publicly and from house to house.

Acts 20:20

Many leaders are limited, not because they lack potential but because they hold back what is beneficial to others. However, Paul proved to be a good leader who does not hold back what is beneficial to others. Paul was selfless; no wonder he achieved such excellent results.

Selfless leaders are always relevant; they always have something to offer. Selfless leaders know that they are stewards of God’s blessings. They know that they are blessed to be a blessing.

Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.

1 Corinthians 4:1-2

Selflessness is the key to greatness! If you want to be great don’t hold back, the more you help others the more you put yourself at an advantage. The more you help others to be successful, the more successful you become.

Always be willing to share your wisdom with others and sooner than later you will succeed in life. The greater you make others, the greater you become. You don’t decrease by giving, but rather you increase by giving.

The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself.

Proverbs 11:25

Selfless people become world changers! They start in their sphere of contact, changing one life at a time, eventually their sphere of contact grows and they can impact more lives.

Don’t hold back any good thing from others because you are blessed to be a blessing. The more you bless others the more blessed you become. That is the law of life, you reap what you sow.

I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing.

Genesis 12:2

WAGE WAR WITH PROPHECY

This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare. 1 Timothy 1:18 If you have a prophecy spoken over your life it is time for warfare. It is time to wage war with your prophecy. Take the prophecy spoken over you and put it in your mouth. Speak the same prophecy over your life. Agree with God. Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? Amos 3:3 Speak the same things with God. That is faith, faith speaks the same things with God and we overcome by our faith. Faith will put you over and it will make you an overcomer. Use your faith to wage war. And whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that overcomes the world – our faith. 1 John 5:4 Put up a good fight and fight the good fight of faith. You have to fight in order to win. Wage war with prophecy. GOD REWARDS RIGHTEOUS LIVING

The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me. 2 Samuel 22:21 Righteousness according to the Old Testament is righteous living. However, in the New Testament we have received the righteousness which is by faith in Jesus Christ. When David in the Old Testament said that the LORD rewarded him according to his righteousness, he is essentially saying that the LORD rewarded him for his righteous living. Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Isaiah 3:10 The above Scripture would then mean: “Say to those who live righteously that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.” God rewards righteous living. It doesn’t matter where you find yourself right now, if you would continue living righteously, living according to God’s Word sooner than later your life would begin to change. You can turn things around as you live righteously.
