PRAYER UNLOCKS BREAKTHROUGH

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Matthew 7:7-8

Your prayers can effect changes and change your world. The faith walk is an upward walk, where you go from faith to faith, strength to strength, grace to grace and glory to glory. However, that is not all God’s responsibility. We have a role to play, in order to experience the life that Jesus came to give us. He told us to work out our own salvation with godly reverence. He told us to put it to work.

Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Philippians 2:12

As a child of God, you are responsible as to how your life turns out. God has given you a choice between life and death; blessing and cursing. God has given you keys of the kingdom.

Your prayer life is a vital aspect of your walk with God and it is your responsibility to pray. If you know how to pray, you can unlock breakthroughs and live a victorious life. There are different kinds of prayers namely:

1.            Consecration

2.            Praise and thanksgiving

3.            Petition

4.            Supplication

5.            Intercession

6.            Praying in tongues

7.            Warfare

8.            Fasting and prayer

9.            Prayer of agreement

When you know how to pray these kinds of prayers, you will have an effective and productive prayer life. You can get God on the scene and effect changes with your prayers. Don’t give up on prayer, pray continually and persistently.

Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not loose heart.

Luke 18:1

Thought of the day: My prayers can effect changes and change my world.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that I can come to you in prayer at any time. Thank You that You answer prayers and my prayers are changing my life, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
