BLESSED TO BE A BLESSING

I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing.

Genesis 12:2

Now that you are blessed, look around you for those in need of what you have and be a blessing. You are blessed to be a blessing. There are many people out there who are in need of what you possess, begin to reach out to them. Start with those around you because charity begins at home.

You have something big or small that you can give. There more you give the more you receive. You are blessed to be a blessing. If you would be a blessing to others, you will begin to live the blessed life.

I have shown you in every way, by labouring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’

Acts 20:35

It is more blessed to give than to receive. The promise of blessing is to the giver not the receiver. When you give, a blessing is coming to you.

What a blessing! Imagine if you lived this life of being a blessing to others. Imagine if giving became a lifestyle to you. God wants to bless you and He wants you to be a blessing to others. God will make happen for you what you make happen for others.

The more you give the more you will receive. Successful and great people are givers. Successful and great people have learned to be a blessing to others. You are blessed to be a blessing.

Give, and it shall be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.

Luke 6:36

Thought of the day: The more I give the more I will receive.

WAGE WAR WITH PROPHECY

This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare. 1 Timothy 1:18 If you have a prophecy spoken over your life it is time for warfare. It is time to wage war with your prophecy. Take the prophecy spoken over you and put it in your mouth. Speak the same prophecy over your life. Agree with God. Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? Amos 3:3 Speak the same things with God. That is faith, faith speaks the same things with God and we overcome by our faith. Faith will put you over and it will make you an overcomer. Use your faith to wage war. And whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that overcomes the world – our faith. 1 John 5:4 Put up a good fight and fight the good fight of faith. You have to fight in order to win. Wage war with prophecy. GOD REWARDS RIGHTEOUS LIVING

The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me. 2 Samuel 22:21 Righteousness according to the Old Testament is righteous living. However, in the New Testament we have received the righteousness which is by faith in Jesus Christ. When David in the Old Testament said that the LORD rewarded him according to his righteousness, he is essentially saying that the LORD rewarded him for his righteous living. Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Isaiah 3:10 The above Scripture would then mean: “Say to those who live righteously that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.” God rewards righteous living. It doesn’t matter where you find yourself right now, if you would continue living righteously, living according to God’s Word sooner than later your life would begin to change. You can turn things around as you live righteously.
