YOU CAN BE A PROSPEROUS MAN

And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.

Genesis 39:2

The Lord was with Joseph and he was a prosperous man. When the Lord is with you, you are a prosperous man or woman. Seek the Lord’s presence. The Lord’s presence will make you a prosperous man or woman.

Follow after God, seek God, pursue God, He will make you a prosperous man or woman. There is victory in seeking God. There is prosperity, health, deliverance and wholeness in seeking God.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Matthew 6:33

When you seek after God, prosperity, health, deliverance and wholeness will be added to you. We do not pursue blessings; we pursue God and blessings pursue us. The Lord is our Shepherd and we follow Him, therefore goodness and mercy follow us.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Psalm 23:6

The Lord wants you to prosper in all that you do. Prosperity is God’s will for you. Prosperity is God’s idea and it is yours for the taking. You can be a prosperous man or woman as you pursue God.

He sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God; and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him prosper.

2 Chronicles 26:5

Thought of the day: The Lord’s presence brings prosperity.

Confession: Prosperity is mine. The Lord is with me and I am a prosperous man.

WAGE WAR WITH PROPHECY

This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare. 1 Timothy 1:18 If you have a prophecy spoken over your life it is time for warfare. It is time to wage war with your prophecy. Take the prophecy spoken over you and put it in your mouth. Speak the same prophecy over your life. Agree with God. Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? Amos 3:3 Speak the same things with God. That is faith, faith speaks the same things with God and we overcome by our faith. Faith will put you over and it will make you an overcomer. Use your faith to wage war. And whatever is born of God overcomes the world. GOD REWARDS RIGHTEOUS LIVING

The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me. 2 Samuel 22:21 Righteousness according to the Old Testament is righteous living. However, in the New Testament we have received the righteousness which is by faith in Jesus Christ. When David in the Old Testament said that the LORD rewarded him according to his righteousness, he is essentially saying that the LORD rewarded him for his righteous living. Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Isaiah 3:10 The above Scripture would then mean: “Say to those who live righteously that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.” God rewards righteous living. It doesn’t matter where you find yourself right now, if you would continue living righteously, living according to God’s Word sooner than later your life would begin to change. You can turn things around as you live righteously.
