THE LORD KEEPS YOU FROM FALLING

Uphold my steps in Your paths, that my footsteps may not slip.

Psalm 17:5

Some Christians think that they might fail or fall. If you are a Christian don’t think like that, trust in the Lord because God loves you and He is able to keep you from falling.

Christianity is all about God loving you and you loving God and people. If you love God, He will cause to be at the right place at the right time and He will certainly keep you from falling.

Jesus said to him, “’You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind.’” This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang the Law and the Prophets.”

Matthew 22:37-40

We love God because He first loved us. When you know how much God loves you, you will love Him. Rely on God’s love for you, focus on God’s love for you and you will fall in love with the Lord.

In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

1 John 4:9-10

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has to do with torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us.

1 John 4:18-19

When you love God, you want to be where He is, you want to be in His will and you want to spend time with Him. Nothing can separate you from His love and He will never leave you nor forsake you. He is able to keep you from falling and He is with you till the end.

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

Jude 1:24-25 (KJV)

Though of the day: God is able to keep me from falling.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that You keep me from falling and thank You that nothing can separate me for Your love, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

WAGE WAR WITH PROPHECY

This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare. 1 Timothy 1:18 If you have a prophecy spoken over your life it is time for warfare. It is time to wage war with your prophecy. Take the prophecy spoken over you and put it in your mouth. Speak the same prophecy over your life. Agree with God. Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? Amos 3:3 Speak the same things with God. That is faith, faith speaks the same things with God and we overcome by our faith. Faith will put you over and it will make you an overcomer. Use your faith to wage war. And whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that overcomes the world – our faith. 1 John 5:4 Put up a good fight and fight the good fight of faith. You have to fight in order to win. Wage war with prophecy. GOD REWARDS RIGHTEOUS LIVING

The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me. 2 Samuel 22:21 Righteousness according to the Old Testament is righteous living. However, in the New Testament we have received the righteousness which is by faith in Jesus Christ. When David in the Old Testament said that the LORD rewarded him according to his righteousness, he is essentially saying that the LORD rewarded him for his righteous living. Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Isaiah 3:10 The above Scripture would then mean: “Say to those who live righteously that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.” God rewards righteous living. It doesn’t matter where you find yourself right now, if you would continue living righteously, living according to God’s Word sooner than later your life would begin to change. You can turn things around as you live righteously.
